Delivery charges are always excluded from our prices and will be calculated based on your address and the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. The automated system only allows purchases in Canada and the United States, but delivery to other destinations is possible, though it's best to contact us first... You will then need to make your purchase normally with a coupon code that will deduct your delivery charges and pay for your order via PayPal or credit card. We will then calculate additional shipping costs to destinations other than Canada, and send you a manual invoice via PayPal for these additional charges. Once this invoice is paid, we will ship your order.

We generally ship within 1 to 2 business days after your payment and sometimes even on the same day. In cases where a special delay is indicated for the item you choose, the deadlines will be extended... In the event of a return for unclaimed items, incorrect address, or any other error related to the information provided by the buyer, the latter (the buyer) is responsible for covering the costs incurred for the return and re-shipment of packages. Any promotions related to shipping costs cannot be applied to costs related to a return or re-shipment of packages. If the error is attributable to transcription or other factors by SimpleBoutique.ca, then we will cover the costs.

The Economic Parcel promotion cannot be applied to remote regions such as northern Quebec. If the shipping costs Simple Boutique more than $25.00 before taxes, we reserve the right to request a surcharge or cancel the order.

Refund Policy

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and damage during delivery. In such cases, products are replaced with equivalent products. It is the buyer's responsibility to validate the compatibility of the purchased products.

Should you need to return an item(s) to us, please contact us first to obtain the method to use. A maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt for any product return, and you must obtain a return authorization before returning a product to us... contact us to do so.

NO RETURNS FOR USED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS... these items are considered final sales. During the holiday season, we extend the return period; all items purchased between October 1st and December 15th will be returnable until January 15th.
