Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently ship our products to Canada and the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days , unless there is a high volume of orders or exceptional circumstances that may cause additional delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Canada :
    • Shipping is free on all orders of $79.99 CAD and over (before taxes and after discounts).
    • A flat fee of $9.95 + applicable taxes is charged on orders of $79.98 or less .
    • For the Northwest Territories and Yukon , shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
  • United States : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.

Exceptions & Remote Areas

  • The Economy Package promotion does not apply to remote regions, including the Far North of Quebec .
  • If shipping costs exceed $25.00 CAD before taxes , Simple Boutique reserves the right to request a surcharge or cancel the order .

Carriers and Tracking

We use recognized carriers to ensure secure and fast delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Taxes and Customs

  • Canada : No additional taxes or customs fees apply.
  • United States : Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the cost of your order.

In-Store Pickup

It is possible to pick up an order directly at our premises located at 3150 Boul des Entreprises. Door 3, Terrebonne, QC, J6X 4J8, Canada . For more details, see the " Contact Us " section. Please note that no sales or services can be done on site, all orders must be placed online and paid in advance WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Delivery Problems

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address : Please make sure to provide an accurate address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Package : If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@simpleboutique.ca so we can investigate and find a solution.
  • Package Returned to Sender : If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may apply and the original shipping charges if any are non-refundable.
