Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently ship our products to Canada and the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, except in cases of high order volume or exceptional circumstances that may cause additional delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Canada:
    • Shipping is free for all orders of $79.99 CAD and over (before taxes and after discounts).
    • A flat rate of $9.95 + applicable taxes is charged on orders of $79.98 or less.
    • For the Northwest Territories and Yukon, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
  • United States: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Exceptions & Remote Areas

  • The Economy Parcel promotion does not apply to remote areas, including Northern Quebec.
  • If shipping costs exceed $25.00 CAD before taxes, Simple Boutique reserves the right to request a surcharge or cancel the order.

Carriers and Tracking

We use reputable carriers to ensure secure and fast delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.

Taxes and Customs

  • Canada: No additional taxes or customs fees apply.
  • United States: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the cost of your order.

In-Store Pickup

Please note that we have moved our operations to Saint-Félix-De-Valois and pickups are no longer possible. All orders must now be shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: Please ensure you provide an accurate address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or damaged package: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@simpleboutique.ca to allow us to investigate and find a solution.
  • Package returned to sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping fees may apply, and the original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
