At Simple Boutique , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Return period : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Product Condition : Items must be New, unworn, unwashed (if applicable) and in their original packaging , with all tags, manuals, internal packaging and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items : Gift cards, clearance items, and personal care products (e.g. underwear, earrings) or cleaning products (e.g. ArmorAll Cleaner) are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Request : Contact us at service@simpleboutique.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Validation : Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
  3. Shipping : You must return the item at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part or the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are processed subject to availability.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the problem. We will replace the item or offer you a refund.

Unclaimed or Returned to Sender Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, we can reship it to you at your expense.

Cancellation of Order

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to process a return once received.
