The KAC-M5014 accepts an input signal from any source, whether it's RCA cables from an aftermarket receiver or high-level speaker wiring from a factory radio. The high-level inputs can detect the signal and turn on the amplifier, so you won't need to run a separate remote turn-on wire from the receiver or the factory fuse box. The amp's high-pass and low-pass filters let you adjust the sound to suit your speakers and their placement.
