3 ft (91 cm) shielded Cat6 Ethernet network cable in black, with an RJ-45 connector on each end. It links a computer, router, switch or game console (PS3, PlayStation, Xbox) to your wired network, where interference would degrade an ordinary cable.
- Length: 3 ft (3 feet, 91 cm)
- 3 ft length: to connect two devices on the same piece of furniture, such as a game console or a TV to the router next to it
- Up to 1000 Mbps (gigabit), 500 MHz bandwidth, compatible with 100BASE-T and 1000BASE-T networks
- Straight-through (straight-thru) patch cable, 4 twisted pairs
- Shielded STP cable: an aluminium shield and a drain wire protect the signal from interference, near power cables, motors or fluorescent lights
- stranded copper wire with a cross filter that keeps the pairs apart, PVC jacket and PE insulation
- RoHS compliant, meets TIA/EIA-568-C.2, ISO/IEC 11801 and IEC 61156-5
- Colour: black, to spot this link at a glance in a rack or behind furniture
Why you'll love it
Shielding keeps the connection steady where it usually suffers: along power wiring, in a workshop or in a full rack. You get the full speed of your network, with no dropouts or slowdowns. Available from 6 in. to 200 ft, in nine colours: blue, white, black, grey, yellow, orange, red, green and purple.
