- Black Borders for Improved Contrast: Having black borders around the viewing area seems like a small feature, but it shouldn’t be underestimated. Black borders improve the perceived brightness and contrast of a projected image by surrounding the projected images with black. This adds both punch and brightness.
- Powder-Coated Aluminum Alloy Housing: Triton Series displays feature a sleek white aluminum housing that is both durable and attractive. Depending on the size of the display, the aluminum housing comes in a square or hexagonal format. The display housing is made of solid, durable one-piece aluminum for years of trouble-free operation.
- Triple-layer fiberglass-reinforced screen material: The Triton series uses an extremely durable and strong triple-layer material. The first layer is the optical viewing surface, available in one of our five materials. The second layer is a thick layer of fiberglass that gives the material strength and durability. The final layer is a completely black material, opaque to all visible light.
- Additional “Black Drop” for High Ceilings: Our screens come with an additional drop, useful for high ceiling installations. The additional drop allows the screens to drop low enough that the screen is within the audience’s viewing cone. This feature helps reduce installation costs by reducing the need for difficult and complex installation procedures. Our screen’s retraction system is specially designed to stop at regular intervals. This allows the flexibility to use only the desired surface area. Additionally, the screen’s retraction mechanism uses heavy-duty springs and locking mechanisms that will operate with clockwork precision year after year.
