This barrel-shaped accent chair arrives assembled. You take it out of the box, you put it down, you are done. Its soft gold fabric catches the light and immediately works as an accent piece in a living room in muted tones or a bedroom with pale walls.
The wrapping shape is not only a matter of style: the curved back rises on each side, which supports your shoulders when you settle in sideways with your legs tucked up. Underneath, a coil spring and webbing suspension works together with the seat foam, giving a bounce that foam-only seats do not have. The structure is engineered wood and takes up to 300 pounds.
Why you will like it
- Delivered fully assembled, nothing to put together.
- Barrel shape that wraps around you and invites sitting sideways.
- Coil spring and webbing suspension, softer than foam alone.
- Gold fabric that warms a room in neutral tones.
- 17.75 inch seat height, easy to get out of.
- Engineered wood frame, 300 pound capacity.
- Finished on every side, so it can stand in the middle of a room.
Also available in teal, light grey and light brown in the same model, to build a matching or deliberately mismatched sitting area.
