The new SD722W combines a world-renowned Atlas 8" commercial duty loudspeaker with the industry's most accepted grille design to create a very aggressively priced ceiling speaker solution.
Fully Capable
SD722W is a 2 watt, 8" loudspeaker with a 5 oz ceramic magnet. It includes a treated paper cone for lower harmonic distortion. It also includes factory installed 25/70.7V line matching transformer with tap selections ranging from .25 to 2 watts.
This Speaker Just Baffles
It includes a factory installed CRS baffle with concealed loudspeaker mounting studs and screw mounting hardware. The SD722W baffle features standard mounting holes to accommodate the majority of Atlas Sound 8" tile bridges, mounting rings and enclosures.
White Grill
The beautiful white painted grill will blend in with most ceiling tiles.
25V and 70V ϟ
This speaker's transformer is designed for long and short runs. Whether you're using a 25V amplifier or a 70V amplifier, this driver can accommodate because it has both inputs.
Individual Wattage Control
By simply selecting certain wires to hook up, you can control the wattage each speaker puts out. This allows you to tailor each speaker to achieve the perfect amount of power.
Background Sound
This speaker is typically used for low volume purposes including background music and announcements.
